Really there are shooters that use both methods successfully. Shakes can be caused by the bands being too strong, problems with holding the frame, or just from using muscles that you are not used to using. Keep with it and you will find what works best for you.

Hi Nathan,
Your training course has been fantastic - at 10m I now group consistently on an 10cm spinner.
The biggest problem I feel I'm having now is trembling or shaking in the frame hand. I've lightened my bands which helped a bit (currently 0.5mm on 9.5mm steel), but even sighting the target I can see shakes outside of a 5cm target-centre.
Not sure whether to train to hold steadier (weights, etc?) or try to use timing with a small oscillation through the target. Any hints, tips or training you could recommend?
Best wishes,
Clive
